Government Affairs Service Center of
Deyang Municipal People's Government
The Center formally opened to the public on August 6, 2001.
It is an important measure of Deyang Municipal Government to push
ahead the publicity of government affairs, and reform the system
of administrative examinations and approvals.
Presently, applications for 356 items (including general service
matters) of 28 city-level departments on government affairs facing
the public are received in the Center here.
The Center is responsible for assisting investors in handling
related formalities of examination and approval concerning large
investment items; responsible for organizations and co-ordination
of the service items involving two departments and above; responsible
for on-the-spot management over the personnel sent by various
departments working in the service halls; and responsible for
co-ordination and supervision over the operations of various departments'
examinations and approvals. Simultaneously, the Municipal Supervision
Bureau have a window for complaints in the Center, which is responsible
for the supervision over the construction of honest and clean
administration of related city-level departments, and accept reports
from citizens, legal persons and other organizations about the
discipline- and law-violations of staffers.
The Center has "honesty & cleanness, diligent administration,
concrete work, and high efficiency" as its fundamental working
principle, trying hard to explore the reform of administrative
examination and approval system, perfect the operational mechanism
of "one-stop" administrative service. The Center is
not only a carrier to reform the administrative examination and
approval system, but a window of city-level administrative organs
to serve the public.
